Shipping & Returns

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

Each item is packed and shipped from our studio in small batches. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times vary based on destination, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Because products are released in limited runs, processing times may be slightly longer during launches.

Returns

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in original condition and free of wear, damage, or odor. Returns that show signs of use will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

To start a return, email info@deadmallapparel.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions.

Because releases are produced in small batches, exchanges may not always be available. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
